• Connected email data. When you connect an email account, we access it through a secure authorization flow to send messages on your behalf and to read replies to your outreach. We access what is needed to operate the Service and do not use your inbox for advertising.
• Agent information compiled from available sources, including names, brokerages, and business contact details.
• Usage data such as log data, device and browser information, and how you interact with the Service.
• Payment information, which is processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

How we use information

• To operate the Service: source and verify agent contacts, send outreach from your connected inbox, and surface replies.
• To provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To communicate with you about your account and support requests.
• To comply with law and enforce our Terms.

Your connected inbox

Access to your email account is used only to send your outreach and read replies to it, on your behalf, as part of operating the Service. We do not sell your inbox contents, and we do not use them to train advertising models. You can disconnect your inbox at any time, which stops further access.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers who help us run the Service, under obligations to protect it, including providers for hosting and databases, cloud compute, email connectivity (including your chosen email provider), contact-data verification, and AI-assisted message drafting. We may also disclose information to comply with law, protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to understand and improve usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion as described below.

Outreach recipients' information is compiled from available sources and used to deliver the outreach you direct. Every message includes a way to opt out. Individuals who wish to be removed from outreach may contact us at support@themortgagestack.com and we will honor the request.

The Service is for business use by adults and is not directed to anyone under 18.

United States

The Service is operated in the United States, and information is processed there.
